I think you'll find a few 'how to' if you do a bit of a search
martinmac
Hi and welcome to the forum. This will help you with removing the bumper. http://www.activetuning.com/pat/4/3/ Caps lock is considered shouting btw.
narcotix
Hi, I recently changed mine for some smoked reflectors and it's deifinitely a bumper-off job .. I did try changing them by removing part of the arch liners but it's simply not possible ...

bhavin85
You can do this without taking the bumper of but it takes some contortion! Would be much easier to whip the bumper off and change them...should only an hour job to take off the bumper, switch them over (that takes a few mins) and put the bumper back on
SteveW
I did mine without the bumper off it can just about be done by only taking off the front undertray but it does require some clever use of tools. It did take a while though and in future I would defo take the bumper off!
