AzzA G Posted July 20, 2010 Share Posted July 20, 2010 Hello every body. I'm Aaron Godfrey for Milton Keynes and though I would join and tell you about the last two months. I had been saving for 3 years to buy my 350z. Finally got one in May. One month later the car is now on top of a scrap pile because of some stupid kid in a saxon trying to over take people. Not a happy day for me. But as all stories must have a happy ending I have now receive a nice big pay out from HIS insurance and I will be picking up another 350z GT in black next week. Look forward to getting help and advice from the forums as you all seem like a nice group of people who love the same thing I do Happy driving!! mattbowey Posted July 21, 2010 Share Posted July 21, 2010 firstly i hope you weren't too badly injured and wouldn't mind a chat about your payout if you don't mind, pm me. reason being... saxo drivers i was a passenger in a saxo when he tried to overtake someone and went head on into another car, also the reason i could afford my zed. be nice to compare so we know if either of us got a raw deal. interesting how quickly they settled though, was it just for the cost of the car or injuries too, my settlement from his insurance took about 18 months or so till we agreed on a figure. A friend of my son's crashed a saxo and what was a relatively small impact completely destroyed his car! According to a policeman friend of mine saxo's literally implode on impact!
