So I just used the following application form: http://www.direct.gov.uk/prod_consum_dg ... 067819.pdf and sent off the new keeper supplement part with it ... I'd refrain from using email with the DVLA - there's got to be a way in the door somehow. I'd persist with the automation until you can actually speak to a human!
