chrisballuk
Please help ease my mind on this one. Getting a metallic scraping noise when in first and second gear pulling away that stops over 2000rpm. Just got the car, it has an exedy clutch a light flywheel. I have searched the forum and it may just be the normal noise of the flywheel but it's quite loud and embaressing. Help. chrisjones6699
Hmmm sounds very similar to my noise! I've been told that it's possibly the prop shaft. Gonna try and get it sorted through warranty asap!
ZMANALEX
More than likely just transmission noise which is more evident will the single mass flywheel below 2000rpm A slight change in driving style will help the issue. Alex.
