I could have told 'their best mechanic' not to be such a clueless fool and drain my brand new DOT4 Motul brake fluid half way and top up with whatever was lying around. Then I could have watched as they wiped my oil filter, charged me for a new one and then sat around for an hour before clocking off. Seriously - I think this is needed.
