INSANITY Training Day 24 Update

DAY 24! (in a Geordie accent)

 

So i have been keeping up with the work outs and pushing harder and harder. Below are the results from my initial fit test and then a week 3 fit test. So far i have lost about 7lbs which i think is bloody amazing! It really is working but you need to put in the effort. But i believe if you are unfit to begin with you should not even attempt to do this as you probably have a stroke in the first week

 

Week 1 Fit Test

 

Switch Kicks: 30

Power Jacks : 44

Power Knees: 60

Power Jumps: 20

Globe Jumps: 6

Suicide Jumps : 9

Push Up Jacks: 18

Low Plank Oblique: 27

 

Week 3 Test

 

Switch Kicks: 50

Power Jacks : 48

Power Knees: 80

Power Jumps: 40

Globe Jumps: 8

Suicide Jumps: 11

Push Up Jacks: 26

Low Plank Oblique: 50

 

Going all the way to day 60 and then onto my next workout out.

Not sticking to their diet.....just not eating much crap. If i get more involved later down the line then i might give it a go.

 

I shall make you your own special vid matey :thumbs:

:bounce: 7lbs with the starting weight of you is pretty good specially if you dont stick to their diet, having looked at their vids and the diet stuff I've got to say fairplay for keeping it up...
