Pingu2
bit of a shampoo and the seats are fine now I don't really need a car on a day to day basis, so although this will be my only car, it's like a 2nd car to me

Stew
Is that a P6 in the background? I must admit I'm not a fan of the 928 personally but their V8 sounds awesome!
Pingu2
it is a P6 yep - not in very good nick but apparently it runs...
Ekona
Love the 928, mate of mine has recently purchased a '79 one that needs a bit of attention. I've had a drive of it and it's a bit of a monster at low speeds and the gearbox needs some TLC to shift, but being able to spin the wheels in 3rd was absolutely hysterical fun! Love them
rtbiscuit
not to slam down on u but why? errrr its got a V8 nice choice hope you enjoy the motor
Pingu2
glad some think fondly of the 928 still the dogleg gearbox takes some getting used to and its pretty impossible to heal+toe it, but it makes up for that with a lovely 5.0 V8 noise and plenty of torque - once it gets going it's faster than the 350z (especially once you're up to silly speeds!) and the handling is pretty good for a 1988 car with its trick Weisenbach rear axle and coilovers! Digsy
Unusual but inspired choice IMHO. Just hope the running/maintenance costs aren't crippling....
