Pingu2
I got 249.3 hp on TDI's RotoTest which is a hub mounted dyno - hard to compare this with other types of dyno though! this was with nismo exhaust, kinetix high flow cats, kinetix plenum and a haltech platinum ecu http://tdi-plc.com/blog/wp-content/uplo ... altech.png
3FIDDYZ
HR will take around 450/470 flywheel bhp safely. Mr Lizards car made 278 hub bhp and 268 flywheel torque , sure the graphs are around on here some where. 06 Rev up , stock air box , Motordyne Gamma system and resonated de-cats 97 octane fuel Thanks for the head up Mark. Will you be providing all the above as a package deal as you promised while back? What are the prices? For the benefit of the newbies or those considering this route of tunning. Seen as his headlights were swapped over to Marks new show car I dont think Mark would have swapped MK2 lights onto a Race car!! investigation in progress Hi all, ive lurked for about a week and thought it was time to say hello! On my way to take an S3 out for a final test drive, i saw what is to be my zed sat in a showroom whilst stuck in traffic, had about 2 hours so i had a look. Fell in love with it, took it for a drive and didnt make it to the audi dealership I will post some pictures when i have taken delivery, which, if my non sensible side wins (and it usually does) will be this Friday, Black GT coupe with Rays, 6000 miles on the clock, 1 owner for 20k (56 plate) Hope i havent been had, but to be honest i dont care cause the test drive was the most fun ive had in a car. Current soon to be gone is Audi A3 2.0T with flappy paddles.

This is a general 350z NA mods list(DE, Revup and HR ) For proper comparisons refer to the dyno thread where all the mods/dyno info etc is kept for reference. Pingu2, your hub dyno figures will be quite accurate and similar to other dynapack figures here which are the majority here. But if you feel shortchanged then reveal your FW figure and subtract 17% loss which is what i have used to standardise all the figures here Mark, if you really would like it formalised then start a new thread and co-ordinate with a mod so as to keep it tidy and upto date if not it will be a waste of your time
Pingu2
doesn't bother me, was happy with gains in torque/hp curve after tuning is all that matters
andlid
oh maybe we should have started a thread that has a base dyno and % increase
Toon Chris
My 04 plate has 292.7hp and 241f/lb max at the wheels. I'm not good at reading these dyno chart things but I think the flywheel hp is about 270? I had 280hp at the wheels before the tune, but the air/fuel mixture was hideous! The guy said the standard airbox shoudl give a few more hp, although it is torque that appeals to me and i don't know if the standard box would help or hinder over a pop-charger. Toon Chris
i thought the zeds had 276hp? if thats the case the engines dont age well? That's 276 at the fly. So I have 292.7 at the fly (estimated) and I'm well into the 87K + miles
