Lexx
I have tried to take a few pics of this, but I have a crappy camera phone, a Pearl white car, and its sunny. So nothing will come out right! Where the drivers wing mirror mount meets the drivers door, the paintwork has started to bubble. I was through at Falcon Performance getting a squealling brakes issue looked at (top service from Steve as always), and the Nissan Stealer is just around the corner, so thought Id call in and get them to have a look for warranty purposes. Guy came out and took a few snaps. and has sent off pics etc to Nissan GB. If Nissan aggree to sort under warrenty, which curely they will, do I have to get a Nissan Dealer to do the work? Thing is, I dont trust any of them as far as I can throw them. And especially when it comes to paint work. What are the chances of them being able to blend Pearl White onto the door without it looking a state? So, am I able to get someone else to take car of it and charge Nissan? Falcon are a Nissan Specialist, so would they be able to do the work? On another Dealer note. Whilst in there they had a Black 370z. So I went and had a sit in. Got out of it, and salesman on a nearby desk (who didnt bothe to get his fat arse outta the chair) said to my back - "So, you gunna get one?" Told him I was uncertain, but may considering part-exing my 350z for one. "it's be much better than your 350" "Really?" "yeah, it looks better, goes better, sounds better, and the interior is better" "Oh right. Well, I have the 313, so there wouldnt be too much performance difference. I just need to decide whether to part ex, or to Twin Turbo the car I have" "What Twin Turbo, we dont sell a Twin Turbo 350" "I know, it would be a conversion. Looking at 500bhp" "Would you be able to handle that kind of power?" At this point, I just looked at him and said "bye". Clearly didnt want a sale as he was still sat on his fat arse.
