andyzed
After looking at several badges for the rear of my "Z" including the Tommy K, I decided to go for a customised badge from Pamela David Enamels who specialise in customised enamel badges. I sent away an old Nissan Burger rear badge for him to use as a template to he could get the profile (as the badge has a slight curve) and so he could see where the mounting pins were, as I decided I wanted the back to be flat but be able to cover up the 2 holes left when the Burger badge was removed. I opted for a Brass enamelled "Z" 90mm long and 40mm high to the same design and aspect ratio as the Nissan "Z" used on the 350Z. The badge is solid chromed brass and black enamel and is 3mm thick. Artwork was produced and sent to me for approval and I was only asked to make payment once the badge had been completed. It wasn't cheap at £60 but then again this is a one of customised badge of fantastic quality and finish easily comparable with the Tommy K but different. Now the guy has the design etc. subsequent badges might be cheaper especially if there was a group buy. Haven't fitted it yet but here is a few pics of the badge which doesn't really do it justice to be honest.

Ekona
That's beautiful If it looks as good on the front of the car as I suspect it will, I'll definitely have to have one. Much better than the faded plastic badge on there atm anyway.
ChrisS
Very nice. I'd be temped to ask for it to be kept as a 'one off unique badge' for your car only. Mean I know.
