DarkLumen
I have a worrying noise when driving over an uneven surface which most of our roads are at the moment. It sounds like a something is loose and if travelling over a consistantly uneven surface then very much like going over a cattle grid. Its quite loud After straining my hearing I have identifted that it only really occures when the front left wheel is on an uneven surface. I've had it looked at but there is nothing obvious and they are pointing towards the steering rack. It tends to stop making the noise under breaking. Having said that the car handles as normal. If anyone has had simalar issue and could point me in the right direction that would be great.
martinmac
Put "clunk" into the search engine and see if anything sounds similar.

DarkLumen
Just a note for those who may have searched this post, the rattle turned out to be a problem with the steering rack.
bounty78
Maybe the anti roll bars(ARB) or banana bars?
