bodyboarder
Just been down to cornwall for a few days and managed to get 428 miles out of a tank of fuel in the zed! Very happy with that, and thats a mix of all sorts of roads. Averaged 28.2mpg. Thought i would share this with people.... not sure why
Neilp
Lol lucky you, 300 to the tank is the most I've had. The least I've had is 185.
Ekona
You're clearly not driving hard enough The least I've had was 60 to a tank, the most was 422 on a very dull motorway cruise.
350zStephen
Well done mate, I take it that it was mostly motorway miles? I've never reached over 300 miles to a tank on my zed yet
alessandro
Pushing the car instead of driving it does not count on mpg! How did you managed that? got 300 ( act 298 ) max on motorways only

docwra
Ive managed 615km (382 miles) on the way to Le Mans before - anyone else noticed that the fuel economy seems to improve once you pass the speed limit??
bodyboarder
I would say that was about 60% motorway sat at about 80-90 and the rest on twisties , with a few blasts as well! I have the HR engine , maybe they are better on fuel?
GT4 Zed
No mate you were just light-footed on the loud pedal pure and simple
kazman
I have never had got less than 320 between fill ups, and there has always been 15l plus left in the tank... Uk spec.

bodyboarder
On a side note , my boss has just bought a s4 cab on a 07 plate, what are my chances against it?
350zStephen
The S4 is faster, but it would not show you up

rtbiscuit
i've had 450 out of the tank and the MPG gauge was showing another 50 miles left in the tank. not impossible to achieve, just requires lots of roads with average speed cameras on most of the journey
sasha@lazytrips
I fairly frequently get 500 miles out of a tank. We're talking filling up with ~78 litres after that...
nixy
all depends on how much you manage to squeeze in of course!
lrh
Filled up this morning... 32.2 mpg indicated, 31.1 mpg actual... Theoretical 545 miles from a full tank

AndWood
If I get 280 miles to a tank I think I have had a result
Neilp
You must be driving really slow to get 500 from a tank. Even on motorway with cruise control on I struggle to clear 300 to a tank filled to the brim
yokomo
not bad my best is about 400 with the dte at 90 somthing before i filled up so total nearly 500 50mph average speed check + cruise = 33mpg ! think the Z does pretty well when it has too

AK350Z
I've done 440 miles on a tank, but that was pushing it a bit
