kazman
I just wanted to check one last time that I unlock the car with my existing programmed fob, then put the new unprogrammed key/ fob in the ignition barrel and perform the steps shown on the flow chart in the guides section? This is for a UK car btw. Thanks guys
kazman
Not the most well phrased question... I am attempting to programme a new key for my uk z and wanted to ensure that I don't somehow end up wiping the code off of the one key I do have... Thanks! Thanks guys I don't know for certain but from reading the guide I would assume the same as you have above ... I don't think you can actually wipe your exisiting keyfob ... however it may need re-programming using the above method if things go completely wrong ... I'm going to have another attempt at this once I manage to get hold of a key fob etc ..
