YHTM Posted April 1, 2010 Share Posted April 1, 2010 Was due to put my Z up for sale next week - but disaster! My keys were in a coat that went missing last week - and I haven't got a spare! Yes I know - but I never got round to getting a second cut. The car is in the garage and I can get in as it is an import and I have a spare alarm fob but I obviously can't start it. YHTM Posted April 2, 2010 Author Share Posted April 2, 2010 Hi Thanks for the link. I rang autolocksmiths and someone is coming round tomorrow. Fortunately as the car is an import I have a separate alarm/immobiliser fitted (which I do have a spare for) so the key doesn't need that - was quoted £130 which although is £130 more than necessary will be much less than a stealer!
