bounty78
Looks . Almost like Andy's but without the body kit. Would look even on a kitted car and with some windows tint.
cfoster
Window tints are definitely the next thing on the list. As for the kit i'm steering clear, i'm going to go for the extra low stretched tyre look me thinks!!

cfoster
Stretched tyres ALL DAY LONG!!!!! Not keen on fatty tyres!!! Wont be for a while though as i've got a garden to do up first (so the missus says!!)
davetstan
Looking good Chris. How many hours has it taken in total??? Like it though mate. Very unusual. The K1 pipes look superb to. I might try and get a set on mine instead of the Scorpion slashed ones which I think are dull. Dave
rtbiscuit
if your going to run with the bungs in on the K! take them out and spray them with a matt black heat proof paint, then put back in

At least nobody can see you are a pussy then!!
350ash
Looking really good. Just wondering, can you wrap the wheels too? Don't know if the wrap could cope with the heat and they'd probably be a right pain to do too but would finish it off quite nicely.
cfoster
if your going to run with the bungs in on the K! take them out and spray them with a matt black heat proof paint, then put back in I know mate keep meaning to get them done but not enough hours in the day!! Its far too loud with them out!! Time wise I havent a clue, a fair few hours!! 350Ash - It has crossed my mind but not sure. Im may wrap the spokes / centre and see what it looks like / how long it lasts!!
shire350Z
looks great mate only think i would do is to fit some bigger wheels they look a little lost the rays
cfoster
Definitely true mate although that will be a way down the line, the missus nearly collapsed when she realised how much the vinyl cost!!!! I think i'll settle for some spacers me thinks!
rtbiscuit
spacers will make a big difference

cfoster
Well nearly finished now, front bumper is now done, just the mirror to do and a couple of panels to redo!
AK350Z
Good dedication there mate, looks like thats taken a fair bit of effort.
Woody
You have done a great job mate. But I cant help thinking it looks a bit out of place. IMO the car needs a bodykit and much bigger and better alloy wheels to pull it off. But its your car Hats off to you mate, again cracking job
Andy
Great job, I admire your patience!
IanS16
Not a fan of the matt carbon vinyl (in most applications) but I can really appreciate the DIY effort, you've done an excellent job! I wouldn't have a clue where to start
andlid
I'm jelaous your the first one that I know off doing this! It's great though, might make me dare take the plunge! Great job! Black powder coated wheels and green calipers next?
malibu stacey
Fair play to you for attempting it yourself!!! Looks great! I tinted my rear lenses with vinyl and never attempting something so time consuming again!!! Looks fantastic..... What wrap did you use? Have had a few different opinions, everyone always thinks their product is more superior! So a bit baffled about who to use.
UNABASHED
at first I loved it, now that it's complete I astill like it but like otehrs have said it's like something is missing and that something is a more aggressive bodykit I think. a kit coupled with nicer wheels and I think it would look stunning Bravo on the effort - looks great! M13KYF
your hard efforts look great but sadly matt cars are not my cup of tea
Digsy
Looks like you're doing a good job but not my cup of tea. I agree it would look better with a kit and bigger alloys.
cfoster
As said a few pages back i'm still not 100% sure if I like it and will be happy with it. Everyone that has seen it in the flesh says it looks superb, and people have even been stopping in the street taking pics! Not interested in bodykits etc but reckon a nice set of wheels and slammed it would look better. Perhaps 30mm spacers on the rear and 25mm at the front with a set of coilovers of eibach springs will help. Still a big part of me is thinking to rip it off and go white with carbon roof! Or maybe even a deep glossy orange and black combo! Would be far far cheaper to do! What ya reckon?! malibu-stacey - its the 3M DiNoc stuff i'm using. Got loads left on the roll if anyone is interested in buying any. Chris
