Chaps....

I am looking to sell my FALKEN 452 tyres which have done less than a thousand miles, due to unfortunately buckling one of the wheels, after getting a puncture on the old set. I didn't realise it was buckled, until I had bought 4 new tyres at a cost of 600 quid.

The sizes are fronts :- 245 35 zr 20 95y

rears 275 30 zr 20 95y

I have tried to get a replacement wheel without success as the place appears to have gone bump in the recession.

These could be used as a good track set or something.

If anyone is interested, or might know a man that might be, please let me know as I could do with recouping some of the outlay. They are still on the wheels as can be seen on the below pics.... If you want the wheels too then no probs.[album][/album]post-802-135011875277_thumb.jpg

How bad is the wheel. I have one very buckled wheel in for refurb at the moment at Ace Performance in Scotland. Want to wait and see if they can fix mine. and send them pics of yours.

With the roads as they are this think will happen more often so I am hoping to get somewhere that can help out. Have a look at their gallery.

Hi Martin,

The guy who put the tyres on didn't mention it, just added on the balancing weights. I have been stopped a couple of times by

people driving behind saying they can see it going in and out a bit. So not really sure. My mechanic said its ok but when I drove on the motorway the other day I got some vibration at just over the speed limit :teeth:

Let me know how you get on mate... I agree the roads are shocking since the frost....

Dave

I have spent more than that and she is still at home.

It was three days before the last Wales run. To save time CS had his supplier ship directly to me. They were having an off day and set a missmatched set. Mitz got the replcements up to me same day and I was very happy to be on the meet. :#1:

I'm 99.9% sure I have seen your rims in here:

http://www.wheelmania.co.uk/

They are still very much in business..............

Thanks Sarnie,,,, that is where I got them mate, but I can't get hold of them by email and their phone number is nu.

CS assured me they went a while ago as he knows their location....

They were on Welford Road in Leicester, they closed down a few years ago, in fact their unit/showroom is still empty… :)

Cheers Neil,,,,,

I hope so..... I was pretty naive in getting them to be honest.... Didn't know about the forum for advice at that point.

CS assures me the rota's are custom built for the Z and light so should make all the difference.

Sarnie,,, 100k,,, did any of that help finance any Lambo purchase's in the local area per chance
