Chris`I
Scott, is that a huge scratch on the corner of your front bumper?? yes i believe thats from his little accident which led to the new wheels +1 the wheels look excellent though - are they on spacers or an agressive offset? Nice one Mitz adding more products to the line, coupled with excellent customer service, always a winner

scottsoulby
Unfortunetly so sarnie mate, hit a curb in the snow the other week, caused quite a bit of damage so just got it sorted yesterday and need to get the bumper redone.....again the offset on those is 20 I believe so they sit real nice, just need to let the teins settle a bit, mitz has done a great job ordering the right sizes

sasha@lazytrips
Last night. Dark. Pothole. 15cm length of red lip. Scuffed. Any ideas on where to repair this? Don't have any pics, but it is exactly as above. The wheel is perfect, bar scuffs along a 15cm length of the red lip. I want a good job doing as these are brand new wheels. The Wheel Specialist people in Nottingham say they can't help.

sasha@lazytrips
Sasha, I’ll take a look for you tomorrow… Cheers CS. It just got me really annoyed. Want it doing as although it is a relatively minor thing, I KNOW it's there and that annoys me.

Chris`I
Gutting. Make sure you get pics off to the counsil for your compensation!
sasha@lazytrips
Depends on how bad this is gonna turn out time & money wise. It might not be worth my time/effort/stamps, envelopes, printer ink & paper. Plus they will say that they are aware of the problems and are in the process of fixing them (ie. roadworks absolutely everywhere for the last year with not a single worker seen there. ever. There are a load of stupid rules along the lines of "we inspected it within the last 6 weeks. therefore it is not negligence". Hopefully this will be a straight-forward repair. Gutting. Make sure you get pics off to the counsil for your compensation!
Chris`I
Thought the inspection stuff was just for pavements. Hopefully it wont cost much to fix though
