rich5259
People comment on 350's being loose on the back end but the capri with no TC was a serious car for stepping out but great fun. solid axle and cart springs didn't help either but 2 or 3 bags of cement in the boot made a big difference and also reduced the occurrence of axle tramp that you can get in the 3 litre ones and this arrangement, my friends is what was developed into the tranny van FAIL!!! Transit 1965 onwards, MkI Capri 1969

maz0
Looks sweet, plan to get an American car at some point in my life, probably when I'm a lot older and have the knowledge to restore a car. Most likely get an old Mustang or Stingray. Probably need a mortgage to run it with Mr Browns fuel taxes though.

MattMe
A-maze-ing. Love Mk1 capris. Used to have a face-lift Mk1. Bright orange, 4 litre V8 range rover engine, massive 4 barrel carb on and a 1.6 diff on the back I swear to go I will own it again one day The only compensation I have for selling it is all the money I saved to spend on it (fitting the TVR engine I bought, respray, pan-hard etc) I spent on my 350z instead Had a Mk3 before that, not as good looking but just as much fun. I'm jealous.

MacW
That's a thing of beauty. I have a mate with 2 of them but neither in that sort of condition. Also worth noting, we're almost at 3 full pages of comments and nobody has yet to suggest lowering and spacers. This a record for us? bronzee
And you've got a bit of Zed in there too. Given those wheels or something very similar came out stock on the old school Zeds.
