Sandy
Hello Folks, I've got a new headunit for my Z and I was wondering what other bits I'll require to install it. My Z is a JDM (2003) with the BOSE system Parts I've got so far Steering Wheel control Amplifier interface Headunit: JVC KW-AVX720 What other parts do I need? Thanks in advance for any advice Sandy

Rob_Quads
Unfortunately due to the parts you have gone your the main thing you will nee is LOTS of time. Your going to have lots of soldering to do and a very good wiring guide.
R800NER
Calm down lads, it's not THAT bad. I know nothing about sound systems, did some research....bought the bits from that link. Spent probably 3/4 hours tops on taking the BOSE head unit, wiring up and replacing with an Alpine double din unit. This includes time spent on reworking the double din enclosure to fit the HU. It WAS frustrating, but it WASN'T hard/technical if you follow the guides However, I now need to return it back to stock......should be interesting! Rob_Quads
Calm down lads, it's not THAT bad. ! My comments are in relation to the products listed in the first link. If you get the looms linked in my post then yes its far from hard. As for removing it all. It should be fairly simple to be honest
