350 Russ
i own a japanese import, make sure you get more than 1 key with it as theres more chance of winning the lottery than getting a spare jdm key! only difference really is smaller fuel tank and slightly stiffer suspension. if the car you buy is a jdm and has a nissan satnav its useless in the uk, but theres a member here called nurrish who will replace it with a really good touchscreen system for a good price! oh and
martinmac
Hi and welcome to the forum. Check out the sticky post in the FAQ section for new members, there are some good links there. JDM cars are fine as long as you know what you are looking at, most dealers dont really know what the are. Also feel free to post up links to ads for specific cars for comments. UNABASHED
Welcome to the forum, I have an import and only issue I have found is the fact that the JDM exhaust is practically silent!

bounty78
Have a look thru the "For Sale" section. There is quite a few Gunmetal ones with UK GT spec selling at very good price.
marzman
Welcome mate. JDM cars are perfectly fine, i've have mine for 2.5 years without any problems, and i would be more than happy to buy another one.
alessandro
JDM is as good as UK ( actually better and faster ) and generally cheaper which it wll reflect when it come to sell. I got my JDM from a member on here which gave me a peace of mind, if you buy from a private make sure to check all the paperwork.

BladesGrant
I have had a JDM for the last year, completely trouble free motoring. The battery didn't last the winter and its very small compared to the UK cars. Upgraded that and all is fine. As people have said smaller fuel tank and very silent exhaust, apart from that just the same as the UK car.
Harman350z
I have a JDM, all the dials are changed to mph even tho they say kmh.. Everything is bloody brilliant, had it for 7months now, (fastest 7months of my life) the car is a 52 plate so nearly 8 years old and not a thing wrong with it Get ready to live life in the Zed lane!!
