sparky370z
hi there, picked up my used scorpion exhaust today and although the gaskets are OK, i want to replace them for the Cats and the mid pipe. where can i get them from and roughly how much? also where the mid pipe slides inside the back box is there anything other than gum gun that i can use to seal the joint? i have heard of a sort of silicon that has a really high temp threshold. it was called "red" something. i dont like gum gun as it doesnt last and it is really messy!! Cheers for any help Sparky
ChrisS
You get the silicon from plumbers merchants. It's used to seal flues to fro plates etc. Have some in the workshop but can't remember what it is called. I could go up there if you are desperate for the name !!!(it's cold out)
