AK350Z
Slight drama on our day mountain biking today. One of our party, Simon, broke his fibular. Bizzarely, he wasn't even on a bike at the time, he was on foot checking out a steep drop to see if it was rideable! I think he slipped a bit and landed with his foot under him. Anyway, I got on with finding a signal to call 999 and get the mountain rescue out, while everybody else helped him limp to a marker post so we could get some grid references. Mountain Rescue came, err, to the rescue. Only took a couple of pics before hand, but here they are anyway; lovely day for it. Action Fran: Simon, closest to camera, pre accident: Woody: No pics of this, but you'll just have to take my word for it that we did it. Fran was far more sensible, and walked down. AK350Z
Yeah, we like to keep things simple, and cheap! Fran was christening her new frame that she got for Christmas.
