Anubis
No need to respray - get it wrapped. Insurance won't hit you as much and you can put it back to original colour afterwards if its just white you're after. (why is everyone after white these days...) harrier1
welcome to the club and why white it will be out of fashion soon better off wiff a standard colour and customising the paint it if you just want it to be different. there are a few zeds for sale so good luck finding the right one for you. Any probs just ask on here the guys are extremely helpfull and there is a wealth of knowledge
sunset350z
Why buy a silver one and respray it white? Buy a white one to start with, then the money you saved on a paint job will go towards all the mods you have planned Ok, you have to buy a jap import or a newer "07" onwards UK Zed, thats when Nissan decided that us Brits were worthy of white

Welcome to the club. I changed my head unit to a Alpine double din, was quite difficult to get the wiring looms back in (with the steering wheel controls), but other than that....pretty straight forward after following a FAQ guide. Also, I would get the car wrapped.....as that will protect the paint underneath from stonechips and cost at least 50% less than a full respray
andlid
Welcome, take it handy when you drive that car first if you're not used to rwd and high torq cars Get a white one, sure IMPORT ONE YOURSELF! sunset350z
Thats cheap for an import, £6800. Obviously all the import charges etc etc should be added to that i presume.

harrier1
just remember to consider the extra insurance as i considered an import but it increased my insurance from 1000 to 1250
andlid
Shipping is about 800$, not sure what VAT+ Customs would be to the UK and if there are any other charges involved (like VRT over here) or if you need to change any equipment to register it in the UK. It's more fun importing it I think ;-) A
andlid
just remember to consider the extra insurance as i considered an import but it increased my insurance from 1000 to 1250 That's just so wrong, what reason do they have to do that??????????
