stuRS
Hi, I know this seems stupid, but I bought my zed from a dealer who didn't really know what had been done to it. It's got lightened flywheel/sports clutch, scorpion exhaust and tinted windows. I saw some pictures of a standard GT with rays the other day and it looked higher than mine. Does this look standard or lowered to you? Any simple way for me to check? Cheers
Ian
Doesn't look lowered to me Have a look what colour the springs are, aftermarket are quite often a different colour

rtbiscuit
doesn't look lowered, but it does look like it might have spacers on, hence why the wheels appear bigger

Stew
doesn't look lowered, but it does look like it might have spacers on, hence why the wheels appear bigger I think you're right....
stuRS
Cheers guys. Had a look at the hubs last night and I can't see any spacers, will look at dropping the car by an inch or so and fitting 20mm spacers in the next few months I think. How much do the spacers affect handling? Extending the wheelbase on my old go kart improved grip but slowed turn in, is that about right?
