H5 Posted January 7, 2010 Share Posted January 7, 2010 UK cars (and imports I believe) have the NATS system with is Thatcham cat 1-2 (alarm and immobiliser) as I understand it. rtbiscuit Posted January 8, 2010 Share Posted January 8, 2010 i've read several threads on here of people having problems with imports where the imoboliser/alarm had been retro fitted. i'm not sure all imports come with full security. but it may have been a case of upgrading it, but if i remember rightly it was the system fitted by the importers?
