The final's this weekend in Paris. Unfortunately the UK Winner (Nick Tandy) seems to be in the middle east racing some kind of vw beetle but there's still an impressive driver line up:- France Anthony Beltoise, (Gt2 racer and son of the 70's BRM Driver) Romuald Guinoiseau, (French National Rally Driver) Tristan Gommendy (Macau F3 Winner, Super League Driver) Stephen Darcy Germans Oliver Harsch, Michael Grassl, Christian Beckmann Nils Alexander-Weng Team GB James Littlejohn, (Asian Formula 3 Championship) Ryan Lindsay, (Formula Ford Racing Driver) Niki Faulkner (Porsche Carrera cup) Sam Edwards (Porsche Carrera cup) (Source http://www.facebook.com/ukTraitors)

Chris`I
and the non professional racing drivers stood what chance in qualifying +1 - really what was the point opening it to the public? Other than the fun of getting to rag them around, you really stand no chance!
rtbiscuit
i liked what i did there, and i enjoyed the day, i was even happy with my performance even with though i made an error, i still feel i did well for myself. but once you saw the other drivers on the rosta at the end of the day, you do kind of think "what's the point?" it would be really good if they did something similar but it was only open to those who don't hold a race license. Stew
What is Freerace....... Dum, dum wah wah [voiceover mans voice] Freerace is the chance to mess about in a 370 for 5 minutes before the 'prize' is handed to a pro racing driver.
