Some photo help please

I have an article from a magazine and I have been asked to convert one of the photos in it to ppt which I think is power point template.

 

I wouldnt have a clue with this.

 

Can someone clever pm me an e-mail and I will forward the article. It could also do with a bit of sharpening as it need to be enlarged a bit.

Thanks bud, e-mail sent. The pics make me break out into a cold sweat. Trying to put a stop to this stupidity before someone gets killed. There have been seven very near miises so far this year.
