dan112
Hello people! Two weeks ago i got my first 350z and im loving every moment of driving it but one thing is bothering me, the clutch seems to have a very high bitting point, my foot has to come nearly all the way up before i start moving is this normal? i had imagined that it would be a very low bitting point on a car like this not right at the top? the car has only done 34k miles so im guessing it is still on its 1st clutch. roughly how long should they last? Appart from that slight issue im over the moon with it Thanks Dan.
ZMANALEX
Hi and welcome to the forum. If it is biting as high as you say then I am sure that you could induce clutch slip, Depending on how the car is driven, will determine how long a clutch lasts If you discover that your clutch is indeed on its last legs then I can help. Check out the link below and feel free to pm me with any questions. viewtopic.php?f=38&t=27436 Cheers, Alex.
Leeroy
I've test driven a few cars lately and most had a higher biting point than I'm used to. Seems to be pretty normal. Here's my thread if it helps..... viewtopic.php?f=9&t=29297 Cheers
