Questions about fluids

did a search on what fluids i need to purchase for service

and here is what i found

 

Engine: 5W-30

Manual Transmission: SAE 75W-85 API GL4+

Diff (lsd): SAE J306 : 80W-90 API GL-5

 

However, i am on opieoils and they have different fluids.

for example

Castrol Edge TD 5w-40

Castrol Syntrax Universal 75w-90 semi-synthetic gear oil

Castrol Response Dot 4 Synthetic Brake Fluid

 

are these right?

also what brands would you recommend me using? i dont mind paying a little extra for better stuff.
