marzman
Cheers Marzman will be a great day everyone whose attended the last two have loved it. Fingers crossed with the weather although rain or shine it will be awesome Im a bit nervous to be honest mate...! My car isn't really up to it - im finishing off my tyres on the day as there's not a lot left on them, and im just hoping i can get somewhere to fit my braided lines and do a brake fluid change before then, or else my new brakes will be useless. Im kinda hoping its wet though, so i can get some propper sideways action!
Alex the kid
No need to be nervous mate, its a cracking little technical circuit, we can walk the track before hand will do some slow parade laps to learn it and can send you out with either myself, Paul who races there or steve. Just give you an idea on braking etc. Paul sprint races so if you have any questions hes the man to ask. Dry or wet will be a gooday, everyone will be sideways wouldnt have it anyother way. Just need some more of you Z boys to fight the RWD corner lol. Also had o email back of your mate with the scoob? Cheers

I've never done any track work before, just drift days in my other car. My zed is a tiptronic though with paddle shifts, which is another reason i've been avoiding going on track. My boss isn't in today but he's definitely coming, he keeps saying 'i must pay today' but i take it he hasnt lol.

Odd about your car but these things happen. See you at the next one. Alex Hey Alex. Yep i had a good day yesterday cheers! I was knackered when i got home and slept on the sofa all evening. Shuck - when i stopped for lunch i couldn't get the immobilizer to disengage... i thought my key fob battery was dead but no-one had any spare... so in desperation i pulled out every fuse in the footwell and refitted - non were blown, but when i retried it it worked... but im not sure if there is a fuse there for my aftermarket immobilizer Took a few pics from the photographers website... I really struggled for grip in the zed... i just couldnt get the power down. The track was wet in the morning and dried out very slowly... for my first few laps i had the traction control off - but i could barely get round the track. So i put it back on which helped me a lot, but as the track was small i could barely get out of 2nd gear - meaning i just had the TC kicking in constantly. Ugh! My tyres were on the limit anyway and yesterday was just to finish them off... so i think i need to invest in some decent rubber
