tmJak Posted November 7, 2009 Share Posted November 7, 2009 Propbably not the best topic for a website for cars and driving, but I'm really struggling to make a long island iced tea. I keep trying to make it at home, and fail every time. Wondered if anyone had any insider tips, as it costs a fortune to get it wrong! I always mix equal measures of gin, triple sec, vodka, tequila and white rum. I then add either suger water or sweet and sour mix, and then a dash of coke. When I made it a bit ago, the taste of tequila was overpowering. So I took that out and then the taste of gin was overpowering.
