Guest prescience
1. The clips in the wheel arch surrounds are a bit fiddly 2. Note on removal how the surrounds, liners and bodywork match up to ensure you can get them back together. I will send you a PM
Chesterfield
Myself and Mike have changed these by going in from the top (i.e. no wheel arch removal) But... It is VERY fiddly, and likely to cut your knuckles (if you have large fingers like mine) and/or it will make you swear .... a lot.
Liam's Z
Thanks guys..... Another mod to the list
Trog
As mentioned - go in through the top. It is fiddly, but a lot less hastle. Just remove the one bolt holding the light in place and this will give you about 6mm more room to squeeze your fingers in!

Much less hassle....... just undo, then you can always use some needle nose pliers to help ease the holder the right way around....... flirt
success, the joys of having long fingers!!! (note to the ladies) shame the bulbs they sold me didnt fit! ha ha
M13KYF
Yes a lot less hassle if you go through the Top. You'll find one headlamp indicator bulb is easier than the other. I used a pair of long nose pliers to help hold the cable in attempt to get the bulb out through the top cos of my big fingers.

Lyger
Important Tip some bulbs dont have a very good locking wedge and can fall out into the headlamp when you go over a bump so put some electrical tape around the base to secure it. Took me hours to fish the bulb out.

I found that the driver side headlight gave less room when unscrewing the bolt.
