Who's up for a cruise down to JAE on Friday afternoon?? I will be, but dependent on route, may meet you nearer there. Doesn't make much sense to me to go on the hell that will be the M6 southbound on a Friday night! May go over the tops and meet Chris etc.... But we need list, route and times to meet etc? I'm posting this early to get it sorted. (I've got day off now so no probs with times for me! But anyway, please confirm in your posts..... and anyone else who is up for it? JACKO VAL? LIAM? MIKE? Should be ok to leave at 4.30pm. I'm also concerned about the M6 south although as I sd before I've done it basically every friday on the other direction (the real nightmare) and have always thought that the southbound carriageways are always ok! so I think for us it'll be: M6 south off at J15, then A50 across, met at Donny services then onto peterborough Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'll be taking the scenic route over the tops and joining the M1 at J35a. So if you want, can meet you higher up the M1 and we can travel down together to the meeting point at Donington? Probably best to leave 1hr 30, from Jct 29 to get to donnington. Do you reckon we could meet at the tibshelf services (just 1 or 2 miles south of 29)at say 5:30 then? Not a probs if you want to take the scenic route with me, just need to meet up prob near J19 of M62 (Heywood/Middleton).. Liam, same for you if you want, we'll be coming off at the Milnrow junction then going over the tops etc...... (i know you will know where I mean).... Just let me know chaps.
