Woody Posted October 12, 2009 Share Posted October 12, 2009 If you see the car regularly, you could drop a note on his/her windscreen simply informing them of your interest. Or speak to the owner face to face. A friend of mine was approached for his number plate and he made quite a large profit on it. Dblock Posted October 12, 2009 Author Share Posted October 12, 2009 Yes I think Il get in touch with the Dvla. I haven't seen the car and I dont know where he/she lives. If I did I would post a small note saying call me about your number plate or even knock on their door and see if he/she is willing to sell it.
