Ex Demo - may not have been treated particularly well check out list price on Glass - but think even with low mileage a bit overpriced...........especially if it needs a service - and it does need one regardless of mileage its one behind
Anubis
Get the service done on it and make sure there is tax too: £13.8k - £14k. You have to remember that although the reg plate says it isn't new, that to me sounds like an almost new car and should last you years if kept in good condition. Bearing in mind that it is now practically half price. You get what you pay for at the end of the day and to me that sounds like a good one. For £14k though, you'll be wanting it in pretty much spot on new condition as advertised. Make sure the kerbing is literally a tiny bit otherwise pull him up on it and ask them to knock a bit more off to get it fixed. Also remember that this could also be someone else's pride and joy - you wouldn't be happy if someone was taking the p*** and trying to get something for nothing, so to speak. Be reasonable too. Maccaman
If the car is in as good nick as he states its certainly worth a punt. I'd definitely check out any touching up of paint, as it's ex demo, and a Vic says it's missing a service. Should be no problem though as its only done 10,000. Would have thought there was room for negotiation on price but depends on the seller & what interest he gets.
martinmac
If its an ex demo try to get a paint gauge on it too.

Maccaman
So the garage didn't bother servicing it or he missed one out? Can't imagine the garage employee's didn't get to use it, like the sales manager. MInd you, if they never let it out on demo, the sales manager probably got the boot

Really cant decide atm, any nudges in the right direction would be a great help JDM's are fine but imo its harder to pick a good one as there are 3 or 4 levels of spec e.g some come with leather, some with Bose, some with Brembo's, some with 17" rims etc. Buy a UK GT and you'll know it'll be coming with everything
