matth76
Hi Done a few searches but can't find an answer to this - what is the stock bore diametre of factory exhaust? Reason I ask is because I have seen a cat back stainless exhaust (Japspeed K2) which I like the look of and it says it is 3" bore diameter. How does this compare to the standard factory exhaust? Thanks for any help and info.

Stew
Just to be on the same page here, are the quoted diamaters ID or OD? I'm sure it would make next to no difference but just to keep it consistent!

matth76
Cheers guys. The Japspeed K2 appears to be exactly the same bore as the Nismo system. Do you think I will lose low down power fitting an exhaust which is 3" bore? I was thinking of getting the Japspeed Y-Pipe too because I have heard the stock Y-Pipe is quite restrictive. Does the Y-pipe contain the two cats and O2 sensors? Do I retain my O2 sensors or do I need to buy new ones? Thanks again. ps I was down at Santa Pod today - saw some nice 350's in the stand - lovely yellow one with lambo style doors.
rtbiscuit
y pipe will connect to your stock cats and all the O2 sensors are mounted into the cats, no sensors after that.
Adriank
You wont lose power with a bigger bore. I made good power on the RR day, and the Buddy Club i have is 3.5" bore on the main tube...
