Ian
When are you doing my timing cover?
H5
Nice bit of polishing there. I think a polished strut brace would add to it.

Anubis
Wow! I need sunglasses its so shiney! I like it - very well done. I would change the piping to orange or something so it has a bit of colour as well. Apart from that, its tip top.
Martin W
Sorry i missed you earlier Dan, nice work indeed.
dcash5
All the piping is gloss back its just all covered in dust at the mom You have all missed a few things I have done ... Look at the colour difference between the Drivers sus mount and the Passengers. I resprayed that to see how it came out. Also washer cap has been sprayed black along with slam panel, battery and brake fluid covers. Wire tuck the two main wires that run over the strut brace Subtly is everything!! dcash5
Srobrien - I have done everything in the engine bay myself apart from the battery brake covers and slam panel
srobrien
Wow, u must have arms the size of a sherman tank after polishing those bad boys. Did you take any "during" pics. It would be good to see your technique. I have some envy bottles that have been anodized, i've stripped off the anodizing with caustic soda now i just need to polish them up. R35LEE
srobrien, are you asking dan his polishing technique?
srobrien
Yes, Dan how do you polish your bits to such a dazzling shine? It must be difficult given the size and intricacies of some of your smaller parts. R
Stew
I really like it. The shiny plastics are really nice.
dcash5
Cheers Stew, There is still a long way to go to be honest just thought I would show some progress pictures. I would love to replace every visable bolt in my engine bay with a Chrome ones
