StokieShinobi
Hi all I wanted to get my Z on the ramps but the ones I have are no use. I was looking at some like these: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Sports-car-long-l ... 286.c0.m14 They are a little on the pricey side and I am unsure if the Z will get up these even? Does anyone have any ramps they can recommend to me that the Z will drive up? Thanks all

rtbiscuit
i use a set of plastic caravan levelling ramps to drive onto to be able to get the car jack under to jack it up to put on axle stands. i hate drive on ramps i always worry about going to far and jamming them under the sills

mc
I've seen some that you can drive onto with them flat, then jack them up just like a trolley jack Can't remember where I saw them but they were quite pricey I think...
From A to Zed
You could try something like this; http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FIAMMA-CARAVAN-WH ... 286.c0.m14 They're pretty cheap but probably up to the job "The caravanners favourite! Simple to use, sold as a pair and capable of taking up to 5 tonnes."

Yes, you might well struggle with those. However, for a good trick at bargain £££... ...use bricks Pop into your local DIY store, find a few bricks of different thicknesses, I use about 10 per side - just make sure they are solid and not hollow! Then build your own ramps, when required Steve

rtbiscuit
worked fine, lifts the front up nicely by 2-3 inches just get some one to hold them in place when you drive up them
From A to Zed
Nice one, thanks. I'm getting fed up of running over old bricks and bits of MDF to get my jack under the car!
StokieShinobi
I bought these in the end: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Sports-car-long-l ... 286.c0.m14 They are a little expensive but I will keep them forever so good investment. The 350Z drives straight onto them no bother at all - and they give a decent lift height to work under: Definately recommend these

3FIDDYZ
Those look awesome mine are ordered!! Why? You got someone coming round to work on your car? Havnt you got a sloping drive? probaly not a great idea to use them on there as you may have a problem!! If these are a bit high and you need a bit of a ramp, Adam does the racing risers from japan and I think someone in the uk was doing them too... jerry3167
Any work needed would be done on my drive, which is indeed on a slope
