captain
"As for the outdoor - definately regional! The Mrs is from Solihull and uses 'outdoor', no idea of how an offie came to be know as the outdoor" It comes from the times when lots of pubs (and I can remember buying my first Colt 45s/cider etc in '76/'77) had an "off-sales" door or hatch which you bought your booze from but didn't go in the pub. Usually "manned" by a buxum middle-aged lady who seemed to be quite happy to give the 12 year-olds of Paignton limitless supplies of hooch so they could stagger around parks puking in the Azelias until it was time for tea..................happy days. Rentech
I was driving home from work the other week. Car was nice and clean and had the windows down. As I rounded a corner I spotted 3 lads (possibly Japanese) who quickly spotted my car and stared open mouthed. As I drove past they all spoke in unison "Ahhh……...Nissan". It made me smile
jerry3167
I was filling up on 99 RON in Tescos Purley, when the guy behind me approaches and says "Is that the new GTR?" I just smiled and went to pay. Coming out he was filling up, I said to him " Its the GTRs cousin..the 350GT
