Arkwright
Billing make a day rate charge but they have increased prices this year so not sure how much it is.
Roo
Potentially interested though it clashes with rising sun and the gf's birthday Totally confused about pricing tho! Flier I have says £35 for weekend (doesn't say what this is for just entry or camping too). The website says £5 per person to enter show field. And what's all this about a discounts and track time? Is that other shows? Also what's actually going on? Is this a good ol fashioned **** up in a field... or something a bit more civilised? Can someone explain possibly? I'm confused. martinmac
Its a static meet bud. A load of owners getting together and having a good time. There may be some drink involved too.

I went last year and treated it as a good ol fashioned **** up in a field, had a great time, im sure I was quicker at karting after a few

martinmac
Guys, its a zed meet and we are outnumbered by 26 skylines. As a larger club we should be able to beat this.
martinmac
Just to make sure you guys eat in style. 6FT GAS BBQ for Z010 at Billing!!! (Free to use!) Zclub and 300ZX-Club have kindly agreed to hire a professional self cleaning 6 foot long Gas BBQ (Yes, that's 72 inches of Stainless Steel Meat Grilling Hardware!!) for the 3 day event. After a few discussions it became apparent that a lot of us throughout the various clubs attending:- Like good food (there are only so many trips to the burger van you can stomach) Like big BBQ's Can't fit a BIG BBQ in a Japanese sports car Don't like carrying home a dirty BBQ in our cars As a result we have decided to supply one massive communal BBQ for everyone to use which will hopefully get all clubs interacting over breakfast, lunch and dinner! (and maybe a late one to soak up the alcohol!) What do you all think? Any ideas or suggestions? Questions? We will also be organising a Saturday Meat and Beer Mini cruise to the local butchers (See separate thread) - Z010 Mini Cruise for Meat & Booze (Billing's Best Butcher!!) We also have a second BBQ on standby if needed, so just to get an idea of numbers of people who will want to use it, can you please add your name to the list below. Cheers! martinmac
Z010 Mini Cruise for Meat & Booze (Billing's Best Butcher!!) Hi Peeps, For those of you who:- Like proper meat from a butcher instead of supermarket crap Don't fancy transporting and storing meat for a 3 day event Don't fancy transporting your required 7 gallons of booze in your car Always tend to forget one essential item when camping Fancy driving your pride & joy on a mini inter club cruise (6 mile round trip) Always run out of ice when you really need it We have a solution!! On Saturday at mid day we are arranging a mini cruise to Weston Favell Shopping Centre (NN3 8JZ) where there is the following:- Sargeants of Northampton Family Butchers and Delicatessen (amazing little place!) A 24 Hr Tesco Super Store (cheap booze and lots of ice!) Wilkinsons (you know you will need something from there lol!) Greggs Bakers, Banks, Chemist etc, etc, etc. Oh yes, and a very accoustic under cover car park! The owner of Sargeants - John (Yes, that's right his name is John Sargeant!), has agreed to give us a 20% Discount over the 3 days (Fri, Sat, Sun) on anything we buy from the butchers (just say you are with the Z010 event). I popped in to see him today and i can honestly say he is one of the best butchers I have come across, not only because of his shop but he is a genuine nice and helpful chap. He has free range meat and poultry sourced locally, home made burgers and sausages of various types, eggs, dry cured bacon, fruit and veg etc. http://1.2.3.12/bmi/i475.photobucket.co ... 010432.jpg http://1.2.3.10/bmi/i475.photobucket.co ... 010435.jpg Anyone wishing to partake, please park up in a line down the centre of the site (I'll head this up about 11.30). If you have a shot gun seat available then please leave your passenger door open. Any one who wants to go shot gun look for open doors!! There will be filming and photos being taken so make sure it's clean!! Total trip should be no more than an hour so we will be back in time to get on the 6 ft Gas BBQ (see other thread) - http://www.300zx-club.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7445 What do you all think? martinmac
Well, It just gets better!!! Our friendly butcher - John Sargeant:- Has kindly offered to put us together individual breakfast packs to chuck strait on the 6ft/12ft BBQ in the morning!!!! How cool is that??!!! So in a individual sealed pack for example you could have:- Bacon x1 Sausage x1 Egg x1 Black Pudding x1 Big Mushroom x1 Fresh Tomato x1 Or even better:- Bacon x2 Sausage x2 Egg x2 Black Pudding x2 Big Mushroom x2 Fresh Tomato x2 No need to worry about buying a pack of this or a pack of that and splitting the cost blah blah blah just have one or two of these and you are sorted for breakfast! He can do the whole things as he has a deli next door you see! What a top bloke!!! The connoisseurs amongst you will be noting the absence of fried slice, baked beans and possibly hash browns - well lets hear who can help out on this one!! Anyone got a big pan they can bring for beans?! Any one got a big kettle? Can't have a Full English without a cuppa! BTW the BBQ has a solid cooking plate to do frying on! Any comments, questions or suggestions? Post up what you would like in a pack and I will get him to make them up ready for when we cruise down on Friday and Saturday. Just to get an idea of numbers I'll start a list of who wants a breakfast pack

martinmac
Z010 - Act quickly to get your £5 per night discount on entrance to Billing Aquadrome For those attending Z010, if you want to save yourselves £5 per night on the cost of entrance to Billing Aquadrome, you have to call the booking line and book before Friday! You will only get your discount if you book 7 days in advance. To book, call 01524 781 453 and quote Z010 as the event code, this will mean you get your tickets at a reduced rate of £15 per night (as opposed to £20 per night if paying on the gate). This rate is for Car, Tent pitch and up to 4 people. Please note that on entrance to the Z010 field there will be a one off charge of £5 per vehicle to go towards event costs and the charity fund. We are completely at Billing's mercy with regards to the prices they charge on the gate, we receive nothing from them from their charges. For more information visit http://www.billingaquadrome.com/tour...g/reservations I hope all this is clear. If not just ask
