TheOracle
Hi all I think my clutch is on the way out (slips when pulling away on an incline on rare occasions). I've done a search on the forum but never seem to get the results I'm looking for Anyway, can any one enlighten me as to what to expect to pay for a clutch. I'm not interested in any mod ones, just the standard one will do. Thanks
Chris`I
PM ZMANALEX, he will sort you out. Expect about £300 for the clutch, and if you like you can get a lightweight flywheel at the same time for another £300 IIRC. Look in the traders section also, I think he has a thread in there about it
TheOracle
I presume £300 is just for the part and fitting would be on top of that?? I was expecting it to be more like £600 so not too bad
Chris`I
Yes £300 for the clutch plate, bearing and cover. Fitting can be done in 4hrs so about £200-£250 if you find the right place to do it
