rtbiscuit
thats the one thing that sput me off about carbon, its not that an expensive process, but it always demands a premium as its seen as new, modern, and space age, and peopel use it in motorsports. so it ends up demanding a premium. its nice to see it starting to come down in price. and i look forward to seeing what yours get priced at. Carbon Coops
I aim to keep prices low, the stupidly high premium for carbon is what has pushed me to start my own business as i belive i can match or beat the quality and seriously beat price coops

I actually couldnt believe how cheap a roll of CF was compared to the finished prices. I know there is a fair amount of work involved but jeez! Carbon Coops
As you will prob know it is not the carbo fibre itself that is that expensive it is making the mould, labour, equipment and the other materials i.e. resin! coops
scottsoulby
Spot on, like coops said carbon is cheap enough, both mine and coops prices usually are made up depending on the mould, the type of resin used and the labour costs
scottsoulby
Spot on, like coops said carbon is cheap enough, both mine and coops prices usually are made up depending on the mould, the type of resin used and the labour costs we should work together and make different parts each coops, we should be able to wipe the floor with most traders carbon parts

Carbon Coops
Thanks For the comments! and support i am new to carbon fibre to a degree but learning fast!!! My dad is like a guru of it and other things related coops
rtbiscuit
i like the bonnet with the 3 vents either side of the centre. have been contemplating just fabricating the vent section, then get a body shop to cut out 2 rectangles from the original bonnet and graft the vents in. shouldn't need any blending. or i suppose i could just wait and see what you guys come up with and buy that
