nixy Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 Just had one of the garage doors mended and it seems its rather well lubricated.......I found this out as i was reversing into it this evening and it decided to close! I shot backwards and it narrowly missed the roof and came to a gentle stop literally a milimetre above my bonnet. I reversed the rest of the way in and took this pic. A second earlier and my roof would have been caved in! Quote
martinmac Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 You certainly dont have a lot of luck with Garages Nic. Quote
nixy Posted August 17, 2009 Author Posted August 17, 2009 I'm a dab hand at reversing up the hard standing, putting the revs on and shooting backwards into the garage in one go though now! Quote
Maccaman Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 Bl**dy hell Nic, what's going on. Make sure the door is all the way up next time & then it shouldn't be a problem. Quote

BulletMagnet Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 I shot backwards and it narrowly missed the roof and came to a gentle stop literally a milimetre above my bonnet. Good decision, could have been worse and you decided to shoot forwards instead and give the side of your house a brand new Zed ornament... Quote

IanS16 Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 Good job you were on the ball Nix! I'd be scared of taking the zed even near that garage again for fear of it being eaten by the door! Quote
