srobrien
I know soo pi**ed off with it, its just very difficult to work with even when its been softened, it covers basic shapes and corners though, I have done all the other bits though was just waiting in this to finish it off. rtbiscuit
would using heat from a hair dryer help soften the material? works with vinyl. also what adhesive are you using?
srobrien
I've softened it up in the washing maching, it wraps fine but the problem is the there is too much spare material when it wraps around the humps its a bit hard to explain. Using spray adhesive and its fine. Im sure it can probably be done but I dont have the skill, time, patients or material to do it. Flocking should only cost around £70ish which is what i would pay for alcantara anyway. R
rtbiscuit
you'd have to make insissions into the material to remove the slack materials aand match them up in places. its a bitch of a job, one best suited to a pro. like you said flocking is going to be your best bet. Looks good, but is fading in the sun. Its going off for a flocking when I get the time/money
