tmJak
I've just changed my spark plugs, and when I''ve changed cylinders 5 and 6, the old spark plugs have been covered in oil, leaving some in the chamber. Is this normal or does it indicate a problem?
Maccaman
Would this be where the air mixture is lower, the reason we fit a plenum spacer?
tmJak
I have a plenum spacer, and it's the back 2 spark plugs that had oil in the chamber. I think it's the front two that benefit from a plenum spacer. Could it explain the oil in there?
ZMANALEX
The cam boxes have six oils seals, one for each spark plug. Unfortunately Nissan do not provide the seals separately from the cam box.
tmJak
Is it somethign to worry about if it's leaking? Will I need to look at changing the cam boxes?

Are the cam boxes the same as valve covers?
