like the title says, started getting the 'protect' message on my DNX 7200 a week ago, I reset the headunit and all is well. But its done it again and reset hasn't worked!

I have taken it out and disconnected the speaker wires the Kenwood manaul says its a speaker shorting fault thats making the Headunit go in protection mode.

Anyone got any ideas what it might be. Tried all the wires seperatly and still nothing!!

cheers

Unfortunatly Kenwood in the uk know ar5e end of bu99er all about the double dinn video units... just get them to swap you for a new one as you will be waiting ages for them to fix it!

Dont think you have a duff unit though, it just dosnt like something!
