Sandy
Hello folks, I'll getting some parts ready to service ma zed and was wondering what's would be the best spark plugs and air filter to get? Thanks in advance for any advice Sandy
M13KYF
how many miles has your Z done firstly, Spark plugs don't need changing that often on the Z If keeping with the panel filter then I'd recommend a K&N one. You then can clean this each service with a recharge kit and not have to buy a replacement filter
Sandy
Ma zed has done around 35,000 miles. It's ah tradition of mine when a get a new car to give it a good service usually oil, plugs and air filter (just in case)
martinmac
The plugs should be good to 50k but check with the traders, they will give you advice and a good price.
Chris`I
The plugs should be good to 50k but check with the traders, they will give you advice and a good price. Indeed, but Phil used to change his earlier as he said they were properly dead by 50k. Not a bad idea to change plugs if you have the time and dosh to do it, cant do any harm K&N filter is a good bet too.
MITZ@CougarStore
45k is a good benchmark for changing plugs, or 5 years, whichever comes sooner… I know some that change them yearly…
Husky
so if my car has done 22k and is 5 years old i should change them? how much is that going to cost?
M350ZB
in that case, i reckon you might as well do a full service bud, while you there anyhows, why not go the full lot
