Carbon Coops Posted June 23, 2009 Author Share Posted June 23, 2009 sweet chilli sauce 60G Caster sugar 3 peeled garlic cloves 3cm fresh ginger, peeled and chopped 2 red chillies juice 1 lime 1 tbsp fish sauce 1tbsp soy sauce sugar in pan inc 4 tbsp of water disolve sugar, boil for 5-8mins process chillies, ginger and garlic when sugar caremel colour add spice and paste stir in fish and soy sauce boil + simmer 1-2min There you go Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
