Help - passenger window has power but won't open

My 04 Zed has been in the garage with some engine problems but all sorted now. An Auto Electrician finally solved the problem however since getting the car back I've got a problem.

The passenger window won't open from either passenger or driver switches. I can't hear any clicking or the motor trying at all. However, when I open & close the door can clearly see that the window has power as the (automatic) slight opening & closing that the windows do works fine.

Therefore leading me to think that something was unblocked / broken during diagnostics, but clearly nothing to do with the motor and/or the main power to the window - but instead something to do with the 2 switches themelves. Not sure where to start with this (as if it is the power will checking the fuse do any good?) - obviously I can take it back to the garage but it's a pain for something that might be v straightforward if it's just the switches??

Any help greatly appreciated!

Luke

Ok, so it was the button that was disabling the window.... I had so many problems with it in the last couple of weeks (engine mis-fire and exhaust broke) one after another that I just thought it was something else going wrong! Cheers for the assistance and apologies for being a doofus! I'm glad I didn't take it back to the garage.....!

btw - had the car for 6-months, best car I've ever owned and despite the recent problems I've had it's well worth it for such a brilliant drive.

Cheers again,

Luke
