Martin W
2 questions 1 - How hard is it to change the bottle? 2 - What fluid do I need to top it up? Ta I think Envy are doing new size outlet ones now which should mean its not a 2 hour struggle to force the hose on (assuming you mean you want to put a polished one in.) and Copied from elsewhere Paul, Copied direct from the service manual. Recommended fluid is Genuine NISSAN PSF II or equivalent. Cheers
H5
Ta. As to how easy, I think the short answer is a real PITA!
Martin W
Ta. As to how easy, I think the short answer is a real PITA! I thougth you watched Dan and Fiddy change his(Fiddy's), but I think the real issue was that the older bottles outlet was too big by a mill or so. I mentioned it to Tony a long time back... he did say he was going to get the design changed.
Lincolnbaggie
Ta. As to how easy, I think the short answer is a real PITA! It's not that much of a PITA. Managed it myself - be prepared for a slight spill of fluid, but not much (I just put plenty of kitchen roll under the old pot before disconnecting). Drain the pot using a syringe or syphon then disconnect the two tubes (clips are strong and will need strong pliers to get them off). New one on and fill with fluid. You will probably need to bleed the system afterwards. The pipes are a tight fit, but it did work for me (scraped knuckles and swearing aside). PM me if you need any more info.
